I’m a SoCal-based oil painter specializing in figurative surrealism. My process begins alla prima wet-on-wet, and I try to keep as much of the initial spontaneity of the first pass in each subsequent one. My portfolio shows what’s close to my heart in hopes of evoking feelings of curiosity, preciousness, openness, reflection, and familiarity.
