My name is Kayla Vitela and as an artist, I create bold narrative decisions using cartoony comics with whimsical character design as my medium. I am open to working with others and their different ideas while having the stubbornness to stick to my decisions and work until my goals get done. When I was younger I'd gotten into art because of my sister because I had wanted to connect with her, in this way art is my way of connecting with others still. Some things about myself are that I enjoy reading multiple different fiction books, usually in the fantasy genre. I also enjoy playing video games and immersing myself into a single-player storyline. Another thing I enjoy is playing D&D and being social with my friend group on and off the servers we share. In the future I want to be able to work in the illustration sphere, but a specific dream of mine is to enter into Book Illustration for Children or graphic novels for all ages.
