Greetings, travelers! I am Jae Carothers, a Southern Californian visual development artist, storyteller, and avid consumer of visual media. I'm the kid that cried watching Wreck-It-Ralph in seventh grade and decided then and there that I wanted to work on movies as compelling to me as that one.
I adore being a part of the process of creating those gripping emotional moments that capture an audience and leave them changed in some way. Storytelling is one of the greatest tools we have to communicate with each other, and I love designing characters and props and worlds that convince us that the stories we're seeing are tangible and cohesive.
