I employ a diverse array of mediums including oil, charcoal, graphite, chalk, watercolor, ink, and gouache, blending and layering them onto various surfaces to further the sense of activity throughout the forms of the human body. Whether working with figurative subjects and still life arrangements, my focus is always on exploring the interplay of atmosphere and technique. To this end, I often take on the dual rule of artist and model, infusing my works with a profound sense of personal connection and emotional depth.
